Looks like fin rot to me. You’ll need an antibiotic for it, just google fin rot treatment and you’ll find what you need!

Guppies love to nip fins. Especially if their tank doesn’t provide enough cover like yours. Add way more taller plants/driftwood and the bullying should hopefully subside. But guppies can also just be dicks and bully the subdominant one to death
