As the title says. I have a 20 gallon that used to house my Betta but he passed a few months ago. All thats in here now is an enormous Chinese Algae Eater. I wanted to add some tetracycline (yes inknow the algae eater might eat them which is why im cycling another tank now to put him in) but I was wondering if I should perhaps remove the large central plant? Water parameters are all good, it just takes up so much room. It was a favorite spot of my Betta but now im wondering if I should make more room to add more fish. Im still an amateur at this so any advice helps.

Please tell me how to maintain plants like that 😭🙏 what do you have?? Also it looks phenomenal btw, I wouldn’t worry about the overgrowth because it doesn’t seem like it at all really
