It first appeared on my tetra’s less than a week ago and has almost wiped out my tank in only five days. At first I thought it was ich or epistylis, but treatment has done nothing, I’ve got the temp at 28C, used a malachite green ich treatment, and have just started a fungal/antibiotic combo
Today I noticed the spots weren’t actually white, but a bright yellow colour. It only looks like this on the fish who have it the worst. I have no idea what it could be but I’m almost certain it’s not ich or epistylis
My Oto’s are the only ones still alive, and I’ve already lost a third of them, please help!

do you have more photos on other fish?
Parasitic infection would by my first guess. I have never seen yellow spots like this on a fish and google is giving inconclusive results that don’t entirely match this picture.
