not new to fish keeping but new to bettas, ive done a lot of research already about diseases but i couldnt tell if my new betta is sick. should i be worried about the white part on the underside of his head? the iridescent part on his gills, and the black spots in his body? he is in a quarantine tank right now but ill be moving him to a 7.5 gal.

• How long have you had the tank? How long have you had your fish?: very new
• How often are water changes? How much do you take out per change? What is your process?: 20-30% per week
• Any tankmates? If so, please list with how many of each: hitchhiker snails, and planning to get amano shrimps
• What do you feed and how much: bbs and daphnia, twice a day
• Decorations and plants in the tank: coarse sand and live plants (amazon sword & bacopa)
