I have this issue where the eyes on my softplastic lure fall off constantly regardless of the brand or the type of lure. Is there any simple and easy way to permanently fix the eyes on to the plastic lure without it falling off after a few casts?

I usually just chucking ole one eye half the time.
id recommend getting some type of jig head with eyes and just cutting the soft plastic a little past the eyes but if you wanna keep them attached i would try some sort of super glue or maybe melting the plastic around it to stick to the eye slightly
Loctite super glue gel works pretty well for me. I use it to glue plastics to metal jigheads when they keep getting pulled down. A small dab should work for the eyes, too.
just pick at the eyes ahead of time and put some super glue behind them
