Hiii I currently am trying to figure out what is wrong with my male betta he has been super lethargic and jumpy and his fins are looking really bad. I currently have him in a hospital tank and dont know what to do he was in a community tank with mostly guppies and they originally were all doing fine together.

I put him in a 5.5 hospital i can share a picture of the original tank but idk the parameters and ph ect. He has roughly 5 full grown guppies and one platty a nerite snail and a good amount of live plants and there’s even a skull i keep in the tank he loves
I feed him a little about a pinch to share with everyone a day but i did accidentally skip a day but that was ages ago
