My betta got dropsy a couple weeks ago and I treated with kanaplex and he got a lot better and was back to his old self. Today I noticed him floating at the top of the tank again pineconeing a little on his side. Do you think it’s time to euthanize?

Depends, how old is he, what are your water parameters and is is he eating? If so how much and what are you feeding?

Stop the regular food and try fruit flies. (Both Larvae and adults)
If he’s acting normal even with the pineconing dont. Until you see it effecting him on his behavior then, but there’s a chance he is can still make it. Dont write him off.
