peach will not tolerate any snails or shrimp in her tank. she seems to get some enrichment from hunting the MTS and ramshorns so i allow it, in fact i’ll even pull from other tanks when they’re getting overpopulated and give them to her because she enjoys it. but the poop in this tank in comparison to my other tanks is unbelievable. this is the situation after a vacuum and water change. i don’t know how to deal with it. any advice?

You can get a long artist’s paintbrush to gently remove the algae from leaves and then suck it up while you’re changing the water

  2. I tried bigger snails when I had the same problem, it doesn’t work. Now my tank is full of them. I suggest finding the fastest sucker fish possible

I don’t know how or why I got so lucky but my beta van goh and his snail sun are best friends, van goh lays next to him at night.

  4. By doing better maintenance. This has nothing to do with the tank not having snails and shrimp to “clean up”.
