This is my first fish ever. I've had him for about a week. I made sure to cycle my tank and check the parameters before getting him. Ammonia and Nitrates are 0ppm, 5 gallons, and temp is between 78°F.
My main issue are the plants that I got. I dont know why they keep dying. I put in plant fertilizer, the seachem one, but I think it may just be because of the lights. I would get better lights but I cant find any clear lids for the tank that I got.
Also, one of the plants I got had some snail eggs, so idk what to do about that as I didn't notice until this week when I was cleaning the tank.
