They should only eat a few worms at a time. Target size of food is the size of their eyeball. Take a cube and cut it with a knife, then keep part of it frozen for next time (I usually use those little sauce to go cups, washed out) and only thaw like a quarter of the cup. Over eating causes health problems

yeah dude idk, when it’s bloodworm days for my fish they get a set amount or at least a ballpark, this is a bit nuts and will probably leak unnecessary ammonia and cause obesity, if you have other tanks then portion it out before hand, listen to other people here

Op you need to cut back on feeding. She looks morbidly obese.
I usually have a small dish that I collect some tank water in then drop a bloodworm cube in to thaw out. Then I use my plant tweezers to feed the fish in my 3 tanks. Betta gets a bit so do the Mollie fries and the rest goes in my community tank
