20 gallon long (I think 30 inches long and 12in wide).
In my early stages of building my aquarium (placement of stuff isnât permanent in case I need to make room for the heater and sponge filter). Soil is 4cm deep and from what I can tell the sand layer is also 4 cm. Would future plants be able to get through the sand easily?
Also my landscaping definitely isnt the best but you know what I kind of like the uneven surface đ

I don’t think so it depends what fish you are getting if you can tell me what fish your getting that would help
You’re good! Overtime, it’ll create a great home for bacteria and it’ll do a good job keeping your nutrients in the substrate. Perfect for planting and little clean ups etc.
Not at all. Looks great to me
I believe the substrate is shallow in the forefrontâŠâŠ.gradually increasing in depth towards the rear of AquariumâŠ..where it will be Deepest!
There are Videos on YouTubeâŠâŠconcerning Aquariums and AquaScapingâŠ..a whole new world!
Looks fine but for the eye i would do sand in the front so you dont see the soil.
