Anyone know what brand stand and auto-jigger?

I’m a little older now, and I like the idea of having the rod holder up high, like in this screenshot.

Anyone know of this is a homemade jobber or available for purchase? I own some jaw jackers but finding an easy way to have them suspended up high would be incredibly nice.
