Probably shouldn’t use dynamite lol. They can be caught hook and line or with a cast net where legal.

Most people use nets but I’ve heard they are fun on fly if you can get them to bite. No idea what kind of fly to use since most of the time when I see them feeding they’re working the bottom.

Cast net. They don’t bite a lot of lures or bait, being herbivores.
My partner and her dad have caught them fly fishing with corn, though.
