Just realized the tabletop for my 40B is bowed and the center doesnt lay flush with the tank. Should I look to replace it?
Sorry in advance for the pic, I was having a hard time getting a good angle on it.

You could put a wood board under the tank, or there’s also leveling mats that you can buy.

This is fine. Rimmed tanks only need support at the corners. Its far better to have a gap there than potentially having the stand push up at the middle.
Edit – to add though, if that table isnt an actual tank stand it may not be up to holding the 300+ pounds your tank will weigh, but thats a different question than the gap in the middle.
