First picture is now, last 2 pictures are from a few days ago. I tried posting in 2 betta fish facebook groups a few days ago, no help so hoping someone can help me here. My questions now are is she's pineconing? Is it to the point I should consider euthanizing her? I've been fasting her for 2 days because I don't know if it's bad to be feeding her right now. If she's in her last days can I at least feed her? Because she does have an appetite. Can anybody diagnose what's wrong with her from the last 2 photos? I don't know what to do for her. I've been doing epsom salt baths twice a day and treating her with api general cure because someone said she has wasting disease but I don't know if that's true or if the medicine is helping at all. Like I said, she will still eat if I were to feed her. She's been resting a lot more on her leaves lately or sometimes at the bottom which isn't like her and her breathing is faster than usual. She will still come up to the glass and interact with us.

Yes heater and filter normally keep it at 79 degrees
I have always used api freshwater master test kit.
0 ammonia 0 nitrites between 0-5 nitrates last time i tested and tests the same every time for the past year ( I test around once a week)
Tank has been established for 4 years. The fish in the picture is about 2 and a half years old
Water change 1x a week around 30%
I have a nerite snail
I feed her fluval betta bug bites about 3 twice a day so 6 a day or brine shrimp
There’s a good amount of plants in the tank, a large piece of driftwood, a betta log, and small terracotta pot
I just did another Epsom salt bath and she seemed distressed so I didn’t finish it and took her out.
