Noticed fry hiding in the tank for the first time, scooped them out and put them in a bowl of tank water as I don't have a breeding box or anything and there's not many hiding spots so I didn't want them all to get eaten. I'm assuming I need either a filter or put them in a breeding box in the main tank is that correct? Also is crushing up the adults food fine for the fry? Also the tank underwent a methelene blue treatment a while ago a still getting rid of that in water changes. Will that effect anything? Thanks in advance

Personally i would put the fry back and let it survive off the live foods in the water column. Do fry get eaten? Sure. But feed the adults enough and they wont be hungry enough to chase a fry around to eat it

  2. Should be fine with adequate water changes. A breeder box will do the trick. Crushed up adult food works fine.
