the soft plastic and rainbow trout pattern lure id say steady retrieve, maybe some twitch twitch in there, the gold one is a nage it has a nice steady retrieve action, but also a great finesse bait, slow sinking with very lifelike twitches, try to make it look like how a fish moves is my best advice!
