Im currently in pensacola fl and I saw a school of fish on a peir and i wasnt able to catch one to identity it. Please help me identify it😭

If you’re still there, put a little piece of a fresh shrimp on a small circle hook and you should be able to get one

Mullet, they are bottom feeders. They won’t chase lures, they don’t care about your cut/live bait. I’ve heard you can mash a piece of bread onto a small hook, or make little dough balls for bait, that’s what they will go after.
