What’s the fish you’ve kept most while enjoying the hobby?

Guppies have been with me since I tried getting back into this hobby around a year ago and it’s been a painful journey steadily improving on caring for them. My first guppies were sold in jars and purchased from a fundraising group.
They’re the reason I have two tanks now, a ten gallon specifically just for the five females I have and a juvenile plus a single mystery snail.
Dealing with their breeding habits has been a headache for me however. I’ve considered rehoming them all and opting for medakas or white cloud mountain minnows instead someday if they suddenly give mass birth together one more time lol.
