Aquariums: Was given this betta, this is the emergency tank I set up for him. Needing advice on setting up his permanent 29 gallon.

My friend suddenly needed to get rid of this guy, he’s now my first fish and I want to set up a much more enriching environment and get a community tank! The list of fish I want in the 29 gal
4 Pompom crab
5 octocinclus cat fish
20 Shrimps
5 amano shrimps
2 single kinds of snail
2 dwarf frogs
5 kuli loaches
6 pipe fish
4 Hill stream/ Borneo loach
1 king julius betta male
My question is do you guys think all these fish will do well together? And how do I make my tank more self sustainable- water changes every 1-2 months if possible? Thanks so much!
