It's been a week since my betta started to get a little lighter and look sadder, his fins started to become more closed, he became quieter and stopped eating. I have been applying the conditioner to the water, and yesterday I started the salt bath, but today I noticed two little white dots, as if they were tufts (they look like cotton), one in the aquarium and one in it. Would anyone know how to help me, please

he does look very sick, do a big water change and test your perameters, the salt baths are good also dose his tank with kanaplex and make sure he has resting spots near the top of the tank like a betta log or something that he can rest on.
