Hi i just got a betta in my 10 gallon tank and he seems very active but he keeps swimming to either side of the tank over and over again i feel like he may feel to cramped and stressed out?
if i upgrade ill do it today to a 20 or 29 gal bc of the sale at petsmart please let me know your thoughts!!!!

Upgraded!!! But only if you can keep it as planted, 20 gall long would be amazing and is the gold standard of Betta keeping:)
Or if you made your left side as planted, I’m sure it could solve this too
Too small get a 1000 gallon
