Aquariums: Is this too much?

Hi everyone,

Have a 30L tank which is a few months old with the following fish
2x kubotai rasbora
2x Green tetra
4x Cherry Shrimp
3x Electric Blue Rams
1x Bristlenose

I was wondering if;
A) could I buy more fish or is this already too many?
B) is this too many plants and greenery?

For info the plants and fish have all in the last month had a boost of live in terms of size and colour and the water quality/ glass stays very clear.
