Betta Fish: Is this a good hospital setup for my Betta (early stage dropsy)? Let me know if it needs to be changed.

I’ll be adding in his favorite log and hiding rock later, but let me know if this setup needs to be changed. I just discovered that one of my snails died in a hidden spot and a spike in ammonia levels crashed my tank: I was a little busy with the holidays and did not notice that my Betta had dropsy or any other issues until yesterday. He also has the beginnings of ammonia burns on his gills and forehead. He’s a few years old and I’m hoping that Mr. Fish pulls through 🙁
