They literally do not separate, they’re like this 24/7 and there is absolutely no aggression whatsoever.

Im surprised the puffer is putting up with that. You may end up needing to separate them for some time.

Very off topic but I’d love to know more about this tank (size, ph, plants, fertilizer, maintenance routine) if you’re open to sharing! It looks like you have pretty much every fish I want all in one place! I didn’t realize these guys could all cohabitate. Looks awesome
