I spent $30 on cherry shrimp hoping to breed them, but after 7 months I had no luck, banana pudding my betta did snack on them too đ I took in 15 wild type brown shrimp I got for free an oh lord I have a million babies now, of course my betta only eats the pretty red ones
so NOW I want to get a separate shrimp only tank for bright red shrimp, but i'm holding back because I told myself only ONE tank
im falling into multiple tank syndrome đ

I love your tank itâs so pretty! I have a 20 long and told myself I wouldnât get another tank unless mine was to a point where I was really happy with it. So, Iâd say if your really happy with yours then getting another Isnât a bad ideas
You should replace your sofa with a 300 gallon planted tank so we can all see the magic you will create with it.Â

Okay. MTS is real. And the hobby is fun. But once you have spent truckloads of money and had a good time for a couple years, for some people, the fun fades and the work becomes un-fun, and then the contraction phase is difficult. Rehoming creatures, giving away or selling equipment, etc. The drawdown sucks.

I’m setting up tanks #4 and #5 this week for more shrimps lol. Just look at these guys, so cool! Also shrimp only tanks are way better than fish tanks with shrimp.
