Caught a lot of trout on this Rooster Tail the last two outings. How can I touch up the body?

  1. I’ve never noticed chipped paint having an effect on bites. My most productive rooster tail is literally straight lead with a yellow blade.

  2. I use acrylic paints to touch up mine. They’re cheap, dry fast, and come in a ton of colors that can be found at Walmart or most any craft store.

  3. Critical-Pie-8104 on

Leave it. Ive only painted a few kastmasters with bright pink nail polish when I only had silvers left and the stores were closed.
