I can happily attempt more clear pictures as while this was an unexpected find? It’s equally exciting to me. I just want to find out possible species to ensure they don’t pose any risk to my deformed purple rasbora in here as well. I assume this stowaway came from the live brown worms I add to the tank.

Looks to be a dragonfly nymph.
It’s a dragonfly nymph, so unfortunately he will prey on small fish. They are very efficient little predators.
