Aquariums: What are these tiny white dots on the inside of my fish tank??

I have a 200L for 3 ranchus and a ryukin, and noticed these tiny white dots on the inside of my tank. They’re a little crunchy feeling and stuck quite firmly to the glass.
Do I be concerned, yay or nay?
