I have had this 29 gallon tank for 1.5 years I have only had 4 nerite snails in it the entire time all the plants are the same as when I bought it. Nothing new has been introduced at all in 1.5 years. I just now saw baby snails I believe and I am not sure how this would be possible I have no other tanks besides this one.
If anyone has any explanations I would love to here them?
Also any recommendations on how to get rid of them as there are probably 50ish

When did you get the plants?
New plants? Edit…. just read you said no.
Are any of those pretty fish new? They could have had some hitchhiker eggs.
I would check at r/aquaticsnails. Snail God knows all and those look suspiciously like New Zealand mud snails which are notoriously difficult to get rid of and the only snail that the aquatic snail community recommends purging 😬
As other said, the fish brought then, best way to get ride of them is to stop/ not over feed the fish
