I got this betta at Petsmart for 25% off. His fins came looking very curled. I’ve been using Bettafix everyday the past few days and I made sure to get a control valve for his sponge filter so the flow isn’t super strong. Is there anything else I can do? What are the chances of them healing?

(Also I know I’m probably overfeeding him, I’m working on it 😭)

Curled fins are a sign up super hard water which the cups definitely had, my betta has one curled ventral too. His seems to be a genetic mutation though as no matter what it stays curled so I’ve accepted it.
