Is this good enough hospital tank for my beta as last minute resort?

I have bought new female betta for my 60 galon tank that i have established for 2 years now. But the second day when i looked in i noticed she was covered with white spots that i learned was Ich
I never had quarantine tank which is my bad, so i quickly went to store and with the little money i had left i bought the 3 liter tank they have. The temperature is steady 25c on my radiator (i check every few hours to make sure) and use my desk lamp as light overhead as i treat her with Ich medication.
I wanted to ask and make sure that this is fine as temporary solution untill she is healthy again
