Aquariums: Is there something wrong with my croaking goirami

Had this croaking goirami for a couple months. Just noticed that he’s been swimming like this for a while… does stop to eat and his fins are growing much more… I don’t think he’s stresssed but wanted to know if this was normal croaking gourami behavior
