I have a gaint betta, his name is Atomic Paul and he was doing fine until yesterday, the water perimeter are all fine, I checked them with an API Freshwater master water tester, one of his eyes seem a little cloudy, is something wrong or am I overreacting? He's also been swimming on one side on his tank like he was glass surfing but going along side of the tank instead of up and down, he also hasn't been eating a lot, he's hungry but he doesn't eat.

Does he only surf on that side, and have you checked to see if he does it while you’re not looking? He might have learned you’re the food person and is begging, cause in the video it looks like he’s mostly looking at you, but I can’t speak to the eye.
I don’t have enough knowledge to help but I wanted to say he is such a gorgeous boy
