I think my betta is sick but i’m unsure what the diagnosis is?? i’ve tried so many things but he just isn’t getting better. Some people have said he has the marble gene hence the change in colour (dark patches and losing blue at the front) but his tail also isn’t healing it’s been like that for a while now. His tank has lots of enrichment, plants and his only tank mates are 2 rabbit snails and an amano which he doesn’t bother with at all (he’s the most friendly boy 🥹). The water quality is perfect (drip tested weekly) and i’ve tried IAL and 2 diff types of medicine (obviously with time between). Not sure what to do!! anyone had this before?? he’s still eating and swimming fine and interacting with me!!

Tank size : 24L
Heater and filter: Yes, and pre-cycled too
Temp: 27-28°c
Parameters: All completely stable (0) done by drip test
Tank: 6 months fish 5 months
water change: 30% weekly adding prime and stability too
tank mates: 2 rabbit snails 2 thorned nerite snails and an amano shrimp
feeding: defrosted cyclops and sometimes the odd brine shrimp, once per day with one rest day per week
He looks absolutely fine to me, dont overthink it. Dont do anymore medicine as it might not help at all. The fins can be damaged sometimes but it will heal. Again, dont overthink too much, bettas in general are tough, they wont get sick easily.
