I’m pretty new at having an aquarium, I’ve only been doing this for maybe six months or so but I’m absolutely obsessed with it and my fish. I had to move my tank recently, and I did put some new water in with it and then put the prime in with it. I just haven’t seen this stuff before so if anyone knows what it is and what I should do about it any advice is welcome.. 🙏🏼 thanks all!

Depends on whether you want to have a lot of snayuls.
From the shape I’d say you’ve got physa or pond snails in the tank. Ramshorn snail egg clusters are flat.
If you don’t want the snails (who are harmless but can multiply fast), you can just snip away the stalk and throw it in the trash, or you can wash the entire plant and put it back in the tank.
ps, never flush or pour aquarium contents like this into your local water, because it might be invasive in your area.
Sneggs(Snail eggs) they’ll be harmless but can be invasive, if you don’t want the snails just snip the part the eggs are on and toss it away, or wash the plant completely
