Is this ok? I mean, one side was made to be more planted than the other, he can swim just fine between all the plants, even in the denser part, but idk, is this too much? Should I trim it more?
(I know the substrate is dirty, today is cleaning day, I was out for almost 5 whole days so it got pretty dirty)

Not at all! Both my tanks are way more planted than this, it helps with water quality as they absorb the badness, and help oxygenate the tank – not to mention they’re great for enrichment and gives fish spaces to hide/rest!! 😄 add as many as you can! (as long as there’s still swim space)
