This is an update, to the people criticizing about the tank is having a bacteria outbreak, well false alarm everyone, it’s clearing up.
It’s day 1/7 for water change because I put 1/2 teaspoon aquarium salt in it for the betta supposed “fin rot” or even “fin dmg” when 6 months ago, I first got him from petco, his fins are just like that
He’s the most healthy Chunk fella I’ve ever own, for the little transparent part of his upper fins, again he came in like that, from the prison cup that I got from petco til now, so that’s his colorations
Please do not fool yourself into thinking aquariums are self sufficient, especially one this sparse. You’re just going to set yourself, and your fish, up for problems.
Aquariums are not ecosystems, they are artificial biomes that require human intervention to be well maintained and function properly
