It's a 20-liter tank and I still have to set it up, of course, but I'm not so sure about the lighting because I think it's too bright for a betta.
What do you think?

Looks a bit bright but if you can’t adjust the brightness you can mitigate by planting heavily and creating areas of shade (I always recommend planting heavily for betta tanks anyway). On another note, I’d put that heater either diagonal or completely horizontal low along the back wall of the tank
