We're going out of town from the 20-24, and won't have anyone who would be able to feed the fish while we're gone. We have otos and peppered corys in the 20 gal with him. They should be fine snacking on algae, but I'm not sure how to effectively feed him those days. Currently he gets a few pieces of Fluval Bug Bites 2x a day.

The answer is don’t, he will be fine for 4 days and you don’t need to worry about feeding him

Our bettas are almost identical
I went on a 5-6 day trip and my boy was fine. I fed him like normal the day before and he was able to hunt the little worm thingies I watch him do that when I sit by the tank so I know he had food lol
I have a very similar looking guy also named Bruce (after Bruce Lee).
