This is for a fishless 10 gal I am trying to cycle. I have added bacteria and I got a bacteria source that was in a stable tank from the pet store to help. I want to get it ready for betta any advice on how to get up nitrate?

Try ghost feeding. Drop a small pinch of food in the tank and let it break down. Also add some snails which will poop and add ammonia nitrite and nitrate.
You need to add an ammonia source to fishless cycle. Without ammonia you’re not going to get nitrite or nitrate. And even then, with enough plants or algae nitrates can still be low or 0 in a cycled tank. So judge your cycle based on the ammonia and nitrite levels, not the nitrate levels.
