Betta Fish: He’s so beautiful

I haven't been able to get any pictures that truly do him justice.
I just got my second tank set up today and went to a LFS to get some plants and saw him there and I just could not say no.
For the current time he's in my 4.5 gallon with shrimp and snails (No other fish, I know the tank is too small to be a permanent home for fish), his forever home is an 18 gallon that should be ready in a few weeks once it's done cycling.

I'm absolutely in love with him, he's just stunning. Please give me some name suggestions!!
