This translucent worm was hanging out on a plant in my aquarium (freshwater, goldfish). I would estimate it's length to be about 7cm. Worried it's some kind of parasite? Thanks for your help

mostly empty poop casing? does it not move and come apart somewhat easily? then it is poop.
