Looks a bit overstocked for a 14 gal, but you’ve got a lot of live plants. IDK what kind of filter you have but if its a bigger one, like a 20 or 30 gal filter, and you keep up with water changes your water parameters should be ok.
Bigger concern are the tiger barbs you have. Once they become more confident they might start picking fights with everything in there, especially the guppies, and will very likely eat the shrimp. I suggest have a backup plan for removing them if that happens, as its pretty likely.

I’d take out the tiger barbs(they’re too aggressive for a small community tank) and get a few more danios (I think there’s only 1?). Be prepared for lots of guppy babies!
