Hey everyone! I'm sorry to be this guy, but… I've been in this hobby for about 6-9 months or so now. This is my first of two tanks, and shortly after I set this tank up to cycle I started seeing a TON of microfauna (including planaria, which thankfully have been dealt with). I know that the ones swimming in the video are Moina, as I have cultured them to feed to my chili rasboras. Can anyone identify the ones crawling on the aquasoil? I also frequently spot them on my cryptocoryne and anubias in this tank, as well as occasionally on the glass. I'm assuming they're some type of copepods, but would like some input from some more seasoned fish keepers! Thank you so much for your time and help!

yup, copepods 👍 very polite guys
Those are copepods. And you have very cute shrimps btw
Agreed they are copepods, they cause no trouble but they can really build up in a shrimp only tank I think. Most any fish will eat them up tho.
