Hey op, a beta fish needs a 5 gallon MIN. If you’d like examples of my 6.8 gallon for my delta tail male I’m happy to share! They need a filter, a heater and PLANTS, they are self aware creatures and have their own distinct personalities. I have a VERY TINY koi female in a 2.5 medical watch tank, her 6 gallon is being set up as we speak.
