Aquariums: Fish Bully??

Kanye (black spots) seems to alway be chasing Mr Bigs, looks like he's biting him and pushing him into spaces. is this the case or are they playing?
At first it seemed playful and actually seemed like Kanye was helping Bigs out of places he would get stuck in
But I've noticed recently that Kanye is always at him and Bigs just keeps swimming away
We've tried giving Kanye time outs, but not sure if this works at well for Fish as it does for dogs or children 😂 Advice please
