Aquariums: Raphael sick?

Been looking all over and not seeing much. My tank had an ick outbreak about 3 weeks ago. At first the Raphael didnt seem affected. Did a 2 week treatment of this stuff and after the losses which stopped as soon as I started treatment she started acting strange and now I can't tell if she is affected by ick as she seesm to be the only one exhibiting signs and acting different. She hasn't been in her burrow for a week and after a full water change, she got better looking for a day or two. All water parameters are optimal but she still seems to be affected. Any suggestions or does this look like ick on a Raphael. My 3 Raphaels over the last 20 years have seen to be the hardest fish but this one is 5 years old and thebonly one I have seen like this.
