Aquariums: Need help IDing a part! Posting for a friend!
They work in oil/gas and said its a fishtank filtration part but they dont know what its called and their supplier dosent carry it anymore! If anyone knows what this piece is called it would be appreciated! Thanks in advance!

Google lens identifies it as Shurflo LVPO-F1 inline water filter cartridge. Searching for the same yeilda visually similar results.

Interesting definitely looks to be some kind of chemical filtration. Have never seen filter media with this color so maybe it filters out a specific toxin?
