Idk if anyone else has had a bad experience but they sent my shrimp without a heat pack. They used wood shavings instead. Thankfully the shrimp are alive but the water is lower than 55F. I’m in Illinois and would never expect during the coldest months they would ship without a heat pack, but maybe I’m wrong for ordering in the winter, idk. Kinda pissed these poor babies had to even go through that. 1-2 day shipping, ordered on December 10th and they arrived today December 19th.

Yeah I’ve ordered from them before and the bag came leaking…
I had 20 shrimp shipped the same way from another seller except it had less than an ounce of water. Luckily they all survived but I was kinda appalled.
